Payments and Fees
Payments must be made by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
A $25.00 delivery/pick-up fee is applied to orders delivered on standard delivery days (Friday and Saturday) in Brewster, Chatham, Dennis, Eastham, Harwich, and Orleans. The delivery fee to other Cape Cod towns may vary depending on location.
A $30.00 delivery/pick-up fee will be charged for orders delivered Sunday through Thursday.
A $30.00 fee will be applied to all emergency/same day/late orders.
Exisiting orders changed less than one week prior to delivery date are subject to a $25.00 surcharge.
A $75.00 fee will be charged if linens are not stripped from bed and towels are not removed from bathrooms and returned to the orginal laundry bags in which they were delivered.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for linens not ready for 10:00 am pick-up and placed in the same location to which they were delivered, unless prior arrangements have been made.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for orders canceled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.
No refunds are given for any items ordered and delivered, but left unused.
