Payments and Fees
- All items are rented for no less than one week and begin with a $25 minimum order.
- Payments may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), check, or money order and must be made prior to your arrival.
- A $15.00 delivery fee is applied to orders delivered on standard delivery days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) in Brewster, Chatham, Dennis, Eastham, Harwich, and Orleans. The delivery fee to other Cape Cod towns may vary depending on location.
- A $25.00 delivery fee will be charged for orders delivered Monday through Thursday.
- After your initial order has been delivered, a $25.oo delivery fee will charged for any additional items you may wish to order.
- A $25.00 fee will be charged if linens are not stripped from bed and towels are not removed from bathrooms and returned to the orginal laundry bags or containers in which they were delivered.
- A $25.00 fee will be charged for linens not ready for 9:00 am pick-up and placed in the same location to which they were delivered (unless prior arangements have been made).
- A $25.00 fee will be charged for orders canceled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- All orders will include a 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax.
