Ordering and Confirmation

• Please contact us by phone or email to place your order.

• All items are rented for no less than one week and begin with a $25 minimum order.

• After placing your order, you will receive an invoice confirming your selections. Please review it carefully to be sure that it contains all the items you will need. Don’t hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.

• To complete your order, a valid credit card is required as security, regardless of the method of payment.

Payments and Fees

• Payments may be made by credit card, check, or money order and must be made prior to your arrival.

• A $15.00 delivery fee is applied to orders in Brewster, Chatham, Eastham, Harwich, and Orleans. Delivery fee to other Cape Cod towns is based on location.

• All orders will include a 5% Massachusetts sales tax.

• A $25.00 delivery fee will be charged for orders delivered outside of our standard delivery days (Friday and Saturday).

• A $25.00 fee will be charged if linens and towels are not placed in laundry bags or containers.

• A $25.00 fee will be charged if linens are not ready for 9:00 am pick-up.

• A $25.00 fee will be charged for orders canceled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Delivery and Pickup

• Your linens will be delivered in a white laundry bag or plastic container, along with other requested items, either to your rental property or to your rental office.

• When you receive your order, please determine that the order is complete. Unless we are notified within 24 hours of delivery, a re-delivery fee will be applied for missing or damaged items.

• On your scheduled departure day place all linens, along with the inventory form in the bag(s) or container(s) provided, and leave them with any other rental items, by 9:00 am, in the location specified on the inventory form.

• If you picked up your order from a rental office, it must be returned that location. Please contact your rental agent with any questions.

Cancellations

• Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation, we must receive ten days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date for a refund, less a $25 processing fee.
