About Us

David & Carla Wood have lived on Cape Cod since 1984. David, a retired Spanish teacher, conceived of Cape Cod Multi-Services in 1995 as a way to occupy his summer vacations. Partnering with his wife, then rental department manager at a local real estate office, they offered cleaning and concierge services on the Lower Cape.

In 2007 the pair brought Cape Cod Linen Rental under the Multi-Services umbrella, providing vacationers, landlords, and rental agents with more comprehensive offerings in the towns of Dennis, Brewster, Chatham, Eastham, Harwich, and Orleans.

David and Carla share a passion for Mexico and the Spanish language. Carla has studied voice, sung with the Chatham Chorale and loves opera. David enjoys photography, cooking and working in his garden. They both welcome visits from sons who live in the Boston area.
